Rotoiti Lodge Accommodation Charges from 2007

This is payable within one month from the confirmation of your provisional booking. The deposit paid will be deducted from your final account. 

Note: The deposit is not refundable within six weeks of the proposed occupying date.

Fees per person per night from- (All charges are inclusive of GST)

Note: Fees charged are based on either the minimum fee of $400.00 per night (i.e. the equivalent of 20 adults per night) or on a per person per night basis, whichever is the greater of the two.

A charge of $6.00 per person per day applies to people who use the lodge for meals/meetings etc but are not staying at the Lodge (and are therefore not paying the overnight stay charge). This fee is to cover the use of the cooking facilities, toilets etc.

Daytime hire

The Lodge is also available to groups requiring a venue for conferences, meetings etc for the day only. The single day hire cost is $300.00. All charges are inclusive of GST

Organising Your Stay at the Rotoiti Lodge

Please be aware that full responsibility for the collection of tariffs from individuals within your group rests entirely with you as the group organiser and coordinator. The Rotoiti Lodge Trust does not handle individual bookings from members of the same group, and will issue only one invoice to the group organiser for your time spent at the Rotoiti Lodge. Please ensure that you record the number of people overnighting at the Lodge accurately and honestly on the Visitor Record Form provided by the Lodge Trust for each night of your group’s stay.

Gear Available for Hire – Per day cost :

Also available; a complete selection of outdoor clothing (jerseys, bushshirts, hats, gloves, socks etc) at negotiable rates. Discounts are available for multi day hire, and/or bulk rates. A bond is required on all items hired.

Gear hire needs to be organised Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm
